The world is becoming increasingly multicultural by the day and the University of Missouri is no exception. We, at institutions of higher education around the world, have the unique responsibility and opportunity to contribute to a better understanding of the complexity of human experiences and integrate our academic research with the world of policy and action. This series of research-based seminars is designed to inform and engage scholars, students, and practitioners of diversity-related research at Mizzou.
The seminars' format typically consists of a 40-minute presentation and a 20-minute Q&A session. The Q&A sessions offer presenters and participants an opportunity to exchange ideas which we hope will stimulate new research directions and identify practical applications.
