Noor Azizan-Gardner is the chief diversity officer at the University of Missouri and has been working with intercultural issues in the United States and Europe for the last 19 years. Her work focuses on creating culturally-competent leaders, and she has done extensive workshops, lectures, and consulting on diversity and intercultural competency for the private and public sectors, the police, and the armed forces.
