Our Mission

• We work to create an environment of equity, fairness, and justice for all women on campus--including all students, faculty and staff--respecting the diversity of women's experiences.
• We investigate the status of women at the University of Missouri-Columbia and make policy recommendations to the Provost.
• We promote the advancement of women through education, communication, advocacy, support and activism.
