2012 MizzouDiversity Summit

What's Civility Got to Do with It? Engaging Effectively in a Diverse Community

Oct. 29-30, 2012

The MizzouDiversity Summit brings the campus community together bi-annually to dialogue and plan strategies which help strengthen the MU identity as an environment or culture that values diversity in its many ways and forms. Participants learn of progress made over the course of the past two years, gather information, contribute individual perspectives and be part of a dialogue intended to further our progress toward a more inclusive and welcoming Mizzou.

All members of the MU community (students, faculty, staff, and administrators) who wish to increase associations and expand their influence within the University should consider attending. The event provides opportunities for meaningful discourse with key administrators, presentations with nationally recognized speakers and workshops concerning some general and more specific areas of campus diversity.

Mark your calendars for the 2012 Summit!

Additional information on speakers and sessions as well as online registration will be available in August 2012.
