The CARTER Center For K-12 Black History Education at the University of Missouri is hosting its second-annual Teaching Black History conference for K-12 educators, community educators, and people interested in the learning and teaching of black history. Workshops will focus on the conference’s theme: 400 years and counting: Teaching Slavery and its afterlife.
