Eli Kean (they/them) is Coordinator of the LGBTQ Resource Center and affiliate faculty in Women’s and Gender Studies at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Eli earned their Ph.D. in Curriculum, Instruction & Teacher Education from Michigan State University, and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from UMKC.

I started in this position in August 2019.
What committees, professional organizations or other groups do you serve on?
I am an affiliate faculty member with Mizzou’s Women’s and Gender Studies department, and I serve as advisor for Queer Liberation Front. I am also a member of several professional organizations such as AERA and ACPA.
