Research emphasis: “Throughout this summer I have been looking at the State Wildlife Action Plans within the historic range of the Rusty Patched Bumble Bee. I have been analyzing the actions, threats identified, and species of bees mentioned within those SWAPs, and then quantifying that information to see what our governments are doing in response to the declining bee populations.”

Favorite part of the MOLSAMP experience: “My favorite part of the program was meeting and getting to know other MoLSAMP students. In doing that I was able to mentor some of them by sharing my path through undergraduate research and helping them form their own path and plan for the future.”
