Academic Access and Leadership Development

The Office of Academic Access and Leadership Development enhances MU’s ability to engage and impact students from underrepresented and underserved populations throughout the various stages of the K-20 pipeline thereby positively affecting student access, development and educational and career outcomes.

The Office of Inclusive Engagement is an umbrella unit that invests in resources to enhance and improve student support and success measures.

Inclusive Excellence and Strategic Initiatives

The Office of Inclusive Excellence (OIE) provides program assessment and educational resources to IDE’s functional areas. Additionally, as experts in their fields, our team members serve as consultants to the university community, University of Missouri System and local community.
