Connection is a faculty support program designed for faculty members primarily assistant and early associate level professors.

The Division of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity and the Office of the Provost are committed to investing in the ongoing personal and professional journeys of our faculty and staff.

Facilitated by Maurice Gipson, vice chancellor of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity, and Candace Kuby, associate provost for faculty success, the faculty program Connection is designed to create community by providing holistic support during the tenure and/or promotion process.

Connection primarily supports assistant- and early associate-level professors.
