STEM Cubs

STEM Cubs is a free S.T.E.M. education program hosted by the Office of Academic Access and Leadership Development, College of Education & Human Development and College of Engineering at the University of Missouri.

Emphasizing the importance of exposing all students to exploratory and experiential learning, STEM Cubs seeks to engage elementary students, particularly those historically underrepresented in STEM education and career fields, to hands-on STEM activities.

  • Registration has closed for the summer in-person event.
  • Can’t make it to the summer in-person event? This fall, we will share STEM Cubs @ Home lessons with supply lists for your engagement at home! Lessons will come in two varieties – one for grades K-3 and the other for grades 4-8. Each lesson will provide a list of materials and any printable worksheets/guides for the lesson activities.
  • Get involved as an instructor or volunteer.
